Established as R and R Agro Pvt. Ltd in 2070 B.S., R and R Agro group has the motto to develop Nepalese Aquaculture by contributing the substantial production of fish to make it self-dependent on Fisheries product.

Within few years of establishment, the company has expanded its business and established R R Krishi Firm Pvt. Ltd. Inaruwa-05, U.R.K Krishi Firm Pvt. Ltd. Itahari-16, Birat Ekikrit Krishi Firm Pvt. Ltd., and Birat Machha Firm Pvt. Ltd. Katari-07, Morang. Inaruwa Fish Firm Inaruwa-01, is the sister concern of R and R Group. R and R Agro Group is currently having 100 hectors of land in different places of Sunsari and Morang for Aquaculture practices. Pangasius (P. hypopthalmus) is the major commodity produced with the total production of 900tons in one culture cycle.

The company also produces Indian Major Carps, Chinese Major Carps, Common carp, Tilapia. C. Carp and Tilapia are second and third highest produced commodity in R and R group. We also have tropical fish hatchery which is located in the premises of R and R Agro Pvt. Ltd. in Ganespur, Inaruwa accounting total production of 50 million fingerlings per season. We are providing seeds for the small and medium scale farmers of Province 1 and Province 2. The product produced in the company are marketed in different places of Nepal with Brand name of "The Fish King". We have outlets in Inaruwa, Itahari, Biratnagar, Banepa, Bhaktapur and Kathmandu that provides live organically produced fish items to the consumers. We are under the process of certification for the Best Aquaculture Production Practice (BAPP) and Best Aquaculture Practice (BAP) and product quality and assurance certificate from department of food quality control of Government of Nepal.
